1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form, enrolling in a service, or otherwise using Roadway Defense services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Website and service information

Roadway Defense provides CDL-focused membership information, intake, document organization, communications, support pathways, and access to relevant resources. Website content is general information and may change. Availability, eligibility, scope, pricing, exclusions, and limitations are confirmed separately before enrollment or service delivery.

Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee representation, establish coverage, or guarantee a particular legal, court, licensing, compliance, or service outcome. An attorney-client relationship can arise only through a separate agreement with an attorney or law firm.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information; submit only documents you are authorized to share; protect any account credentials; and promptly communicate relevant dates and deadlines. You remain responsible for court appearances, filing requirements, payments, deadlines, and compliance obligations unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the services for unlawful activity.

4. Membership, pricing, and payment

Published pricing may be introductory and may change. Taxes, third-party costs, eligibility requirements, plan limits, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and covered services will be disclosed in the applicable enrollment or membership documents. Those final documents control if they conflict with general website content.

5. SMS Terms of Service

Program and message types. By opting in through a website checkbox or another documented consent method, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Roadway Defense LLC regarding account notifications, CDL updates, reminders, and customer support.

How to opt in. You may opt in by manually checking a clearly labeled SMS consent box on a Roadway Defense form or by another express consent method presented by Roadway Defense. Website SMS consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. You may submit a form without opting in to SMS, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your request and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any Roadway Defense text message to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message stating that no additional messages will be sent. You may reply START to opt back in.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and SMS consent. No mobile opt-in data or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Third-party services and professionals

The website may link to or facilitate communications with independent attorneys, law firms, communications providers, payment providers, or other third parties. Their services and policies are governed by their own agreements. Roadway Defense is not responsible for a third party's acts, omissions, availability, or content except as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The website, branding, layout, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Roadway Defense or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal or internal business evaluation only. No other license is granted.

8. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Roadway Defense disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed agreement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, eligibility, coverage, representation, or any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roadway Defense and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Any additional limitations or remedies in an applicable membership or service agreement also apply.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. We may suspend or end website access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse, or discontinuation of a service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any service-specific dispute process in a signed agreement will control for that service.
